The gravitational potential of the weight is translated onto the axle while the axle drives it self over a rail.

We can now pull the weight downwards with a magnet without actually moving the magnet.

The weight amplification principal also works in reverse. The weight can thus be reversed to wind up the wire again.

In image 2 the magnets have rotated around the payload. It can do so while keeping the mass at relatively the same distance of the magnets. Besides a constant flux this also costs very little energy because one magnet moves up while the other moves down. The cost of the quarter rotation is pure friction.

I conclude overunity is very obvious and evident here. :)
