The device has 2 axle's to be connected "input to output". The 2 primary arm's are rotating towards the secondary axle as illustrated. The arms only have 1 magnet. The secondary magnet is glued onto the top of the axle. When the primary arms are positioned horizontally the secondary axle will suffer angular momentum which we will translate back onto the primary axle via novel mechanics(not shown).
This design has 2 primary axle's with 4 arms under an angle of 90 degrees.
